About
Ingredients with a Plan
Whether it's a cooking class, a catered event or an elaborate multi-course dinner, we only use fresh, unprocessed ingredients. Everything we make is from scratch – every sauce, every crust, every ice cream. When we prepare food for you, you won’t have to read the label for hidden additives. What you see on your plate is the real thing, and what you taste will be absolutely delicious!
Plate Vision and Vibe
As they drive up to Plate, patrons view a white stucco building with cozy red awnings and a sweet little pond below. Inviting patio seating with lanterns and a tall oak tree, leads to elegant French doors, through which sparkling chandeliers and twinkling lights softly glisten upon patrons as they linger and feast on their food and wine.
At the main entrance to greet its guests, a large red door opens to a huge crystal chandelier, an inviting lounge and elegant, full-service bar. To the left, framed by red and gold drapes, one can catch a glimpse of the open kitchen, the heart of the restaurant, with an adjoining Chef’s table dining area, from which one can see chefs in white, hustle and bustle, to prepare every dish.
Off to the right, through rich hanging curtains, guests enter into The Garden Room, which extends to an outside patio through a series of French doors. Here guests will have access to casual-elegant, all-day dining. With décor and color reflecting the feel of the outside within, in shades of green, yellow, pink and grey, guests can casually enjoy their meal, as they feel as one, with the rolling landscape of our beautiful Texas Hill Country.
Through another set of lush burgundy curtains, leading towards the back part of the restaurant is the Paris Room, offering more intimate dining with merlot colored banquettes, rich framed “Paris” artwork, linens and candles. Soft contemporary lounge music flows throughout.
The Paris Room is also be offered for meetings and private events -- with full service meals. This space, like all others will be modular, therefore it can be opened entirely, for full-house events, or adapted to the size of the function.
